AC&M Group is helping Sherwin-Williams with their initiative to better serve the Hispanic community. 59.4% of professional US contractors and painters are Hispanic. Our agency helps bridge that cultural gap through a plethora of services so that Sherwin-Williams can better support their businesses.
SW BIEN PRO
SW Bien PRO is a Spanish-language Facebook page dedicated to creating a community of Hispanic painting contractors to help connect them and provide information they need to take their business to the next level.
AC&M Group regularly produces social content containing tips, articles, resources, promotions, and sales to keep our Hispanic Pro’s up to date. Since everything is translated into Spanish, we are helping to minimize the language barrier and deliver information they can 100% interpret just like every other customer.
I am in charge of the upkeep of the monthly calendar for the Facebook page. I make sure that we have the same sales and promotions as the main Sherwin-Williams social pages posted on the same date, in Spanish, as well as delegate the creation of other organic content for our creative team.
Sherwin-Williams Annual National Sales Meeting
When attending the 2023 National Sales Meeting, our team had one goal: to educate Sherwin-Williams’ store managers and store representatives on how they can better connect and engage with their Hispanic customers. Our team emphasized the Sherwin-Williams “Engaging the Hispanic Pro” Playbook. The 39-page playbook provides resources, programs, business solutions, communication tools, and more. Some resources detailed in the playbook include a program called RedPoint which gives Sherwin-Williams employees a free Spanish learning course including learning paint terminology. Other features include the Google Translate feature on their iPads in-store and the new and improved Pro+ App which has been fully translated into Spanish. In every stride we take to better engage with the Hispanic Pro, the will generate more revenue and become more of an inclusive company to all.
